Then take聽a photo of your meal, post it on聽Instagram including your shopping list making sure you tag聽@bournemouthuni and use聽#nsmw16. The competition has now been extended for another week so you have until 12:00pm on Monday 22 February to get your entries in. Once the competition has closed we'll pick a winner and runner up.
1st prize is 拢100 Tesco voucher and the runner up prizes include聽things like reuseable mugs and聽lunch boxes.
