BU's Travel Plan sets out a clear strategy for managing the future transport requirements of BU, while considering the university鈥檚 future development and growth. It encompasses a range of travel options for students, staff and visitors when travelling to campus, considerations to reduce BU鈥檚 impact on the local environment, as well as meeting the requirements for our Eco-Campus award and of planning requirements for our new buildings.
The current Travel Plan runs until the end of 2018. Work is underway to review this to continue to provide sustainable travel options for students, staff and visitors, and to support the planned growth of the university. We would like your feedback on proposed objectives; improvements to current travel options and suggestions for improvements or alternatives which BU could consider implementing through the refreshed plan.
We're holding two events for people to see our current plans and share their views. All students and staff聽are warmly invited to come along.
