Lunchtime yoga classes from 12:15pm to 1pm are now running in Bournemouth Gateway Building, Lansdowne Campus, on Thursdays for BU students and staff.聽
Yoga can help:

Beginners are welcome to attend. Please bring a yoga mat.聽You will also need your BU ID card to access BGB.
The first class is free. A block of four session costs 拢32 or you can pay as you go for 拢10 a session.聽
